Although SOE is a relatively new name within military vehicle enthusiast's circles we have a long history, many will remember the annual Overlord shows on Southsea Common or at Denmead. Some may remember the beginnings of the Military Vehicle Conservation Group or our long existence as an area of a national military vehicle charity before we became independent under our new name in 2004 As military vehicle clubs go we are fairly unmilitary, instead the emphasis is on fun, family involvement and friendship. The one thing we try to run with military precison is our successful annual Overlord Show at Horndean.
